2001 electrical issues in PA.

2001 SS Camp Hill , PA. I Absolutely love this car, But since I've met her I've had nothing but issues #1 electrical - head lamps with flickering when i Put the key in the Ignition, Flickering stops when I turn the lights on.radio locks me out then comes back on whenever it feels like . A clicking sound in the - left side of the steering wheel sounds like its the light relay in the fuse Box. More recently I'm losing power I'm hearing a whining noise , I think transmission. HELP

Wow those are some strange issues. Check your fuses and check for corrosion in the fuse box. The whining noise could be transmission or power steering related... Check your fluid levels.
