2000 Monte Carlo idle rough up hill

Post 2000 Monte Carlo idle rough up hill
I'm needing help with my Monte Carlo when it starts the rpms go up and down and driving it struggles evenup hill its a 2000 3.8

Check/test your sensors.. Mainly the ones on the throttle body..

I've changed all of them replaced coil plug wires

How old is the cat? Fuel filter?

there's no cat and fuel filter is a month old
