I have an 03 monte carlo ls, its my first car i had since last september. i want to customize it to be faster and look nice. i will post a pic. but should i want a hood scoop, dual pipes, spoiler, a set of nice sized racing rims, and a black rally stripe... any suggestion of any of those?????? im new to the site also please help!

Thanks guys, yeah my monte is like a creamy gray and white mixed, so i want to get a black rally stripe. I have so many ideas, just dont know where to get it done at.... i tried to upload pics but everytime i hit upload, mypic info deletes.... also is it silly to try to turn my LS to a SS?

I think it's fine to add SS exterior pieces like spoiler, rims, ground effects, fog lights, dual exhaust, etc. Myself, I'd stop short of adding the SS badges though.

 

I agree with other statements, it's only silly if you try to pass it off as an SS (as in putting SS badging on the car). If you want to use wheels/spoilers/other visual effects that were found on SS models, that's fine as you are not badging it or telling people it's an SS.

Now, if you want to build a real SS, you are better off just selling what you have and buying an SS.

Do a lot of reading on MCF, there's tons of customization info available.
