Hi, new member here but long time fan (actually one of my all time favourites) of the 1970-1972 Monte Carlos. I am actually going to look at a 1972 tomorrow and was wanting to get some opinions on what I am going to look at. Will be posting soon with some pics and info. Thanks in advance for the help/opinions.

 

Welcome! Post some pics. My dad owned a 72 for 16 years, sold it in 2011. He completely rebuilt the engine (454 bb bored to 472, ~550 hp), rear-end and suspension on that car. Unfortunately I wasn't in a position to buy it when he sold it or I would have.
