Update 4/3/09 NASCAR + Dale Jr : )~*

I hope when I get back in July, he'll be at 85 wins and have passed Yarborough, B. Allison, and D. Waltrip. He just may get 83 next week at Talladega, too bad I won't be seeing it but Imma have someone writing me and filling me in haha.

very entertaining race all around. congrats to gordon. he was dominant all day. i thought for a while that tony had a shot, he had been reelin' 'em in all day, but just couldn't get the run he needed at the end. i almost thought johnson was going to catch jeff at the end. i was sad for david ragan, he ran so great all day and got sent to the garage with engine troubles towards the end. also a tough day for kyle busch and dale earnhardt jr., dale fought all day for his 20th place finish, it's too bad he didn't end up getting a better finish out of it.
next week - off week, even though it's easter i hate off weeks! i get very bored!! at least baseball is back!!!

i felt kinda bad that his wife and daughter weren't there with him, they seem to be there almost always. i wonder what kept them home this week. it would have been so sweet to see ingrid and ella celebrating in victory lane with daddy!

probably the fact that he's never won there before kept them from texas, they're like oh he wont get it there, he's never won there before, we can take a week off and have 2 weeks off in a row
