Newman wrecks large! Danica caught a piece of that. It's funny to see that Newman still tried to drive it after! At least we know he's okay. MCDowell's car came apart pretty good. Lots of car ran over big stuff actually

I think Blazed SS is the only guy with three cars running - everyone else has AT LEAST one down.. many have two. Lots of people took a Gordon/Busch combo, or a Gordon/Keselowski combo, or in one case a Keselowski/Busch combo

Did anyone catch that the rear axle came out of that 95 and actually split in half? That is some of the toughest metal in a race car!!!

well, they did look like good picks. There should be some sort of consolation prize for picking 3 catastrophes. That's it. Instead of the trophy, you get the catastrophy!

Has anyone ever noticed the "underfunded" teams cars seem to fly apart much easier than say a Penske, Gibbs, or Hendrick car? I don't know that any teams car would hold up to an impact of 3500 pounds hitting the rear axle but it seems liek the frame just split on that 95. The 31 stayed together with its axles and everything. I remember that Lap 1 crash at Michigan back in June when I think it was the 32 GoFas racing car that had the whole drivers side panel ripped off in what seemed to be a minor brush.

I wonder if it's all just signs of how the higher funded, big name teams that contend each week just build stronger cars with better materials and bracing than a team like the 95.

It did come apart weird for sure. The Levine Family Racing Team must order cheap axles from China...

I figured since NASCAR saw fit to move the cars around and repalce the guardrail, may as well see how we stand under the red flag...

How bad are our picks today? This crap looks like Daytona/Talladega. JuniorCar leads, but keep in mind two of his three picks are on that "Two stop strategy" adn will be pitting soon.

No one even has three digits to their picks!

I'll probably drop about three spots in the standings after this. Crap. Every time I claw my way back up I have 2 or 3 terrible races in a row, usually while picking a driver who typically runs well at a particular track.
