Well now I am just stinking mad at Jr's team for taking 4 under that green stop. Everyone else had too, but what did that gain him? They gave away everything and didn't gain a damn thing. 2 tires work fine obviously...

 

Steve Letarte is going to cost Dale Jr wins just like he used to cost Jeff Gordon wins. Steve Letarte can call a good race, but cannot make the right call at the end of a race. Jeff Gordon lost probably 5-10 races over him. Sorry guys, but Dale Jr will not win with Steve Letarte.


Feel free to taunt when he proves me wrong.

 

You ain't wrong Duane! Of all the times in the race to take 2 tires, he waits until the end when the result is not enough fuel in the car! They got him to 2nd, but I'm listening on scanner and they are 10 laps short. LeTarte has blown this race way worse then anything he did with Gordon. He has made at least 3 bad pit calls this race. They don't even seem like they are trying to win...

 

I don't know, Letarte made a call one time that Rusty Wallace even said was a stupid call in teh summer about 2 years ago. When Rusty Wallace says you're stupid, you know you're bad.


I may be running after a door latch mechanism for the one in my torino that isn't acting right when this race is over... .points are coming eventually though. If anyone wants to calculate them, go ahead.

 

Oh true Junior, i didn't even realize he was all-in on Harvick! my bad :P

Anyway, Dale Jr loses 2 spots on pits, hope he can come from 8th to 1st right here, he needs some help though definitely!

WEll I'm on the way to get parts... my guys were 1-3 before caution came out. I'm interested in seeing how this goes... no one took STewart all in so I think I'm in good shape right now. We'll see how ti goes for me.


And Brent, hwo do you feel about Jr hitting Mark Martin? They're saying on TV that Martin "expressed his displeasure" under caution. You know how badly you've got to screw up to get Mark Martin mad at you.

I think I would rather see Junior's team leave a lug off. At least that wouldn't be intentional...

 

I agree that Junior is misplacing his anger on Martin. Junior is frustrated to be behind slower cars and he shouldn't be there. But that is hardly Martin's fault!
