Picks/Bristol/Sun Afternoon
Woah, strong reactions this week...
We've had ties in the past and the rule has always been that a tie is broken by 1 of 2 things.
1) The order of the picks, we look at first picks to see whose #1 pick scored more points, and that person is the winner
2) If we go through all the picks, then the one who posts first wins.
And now everyone is freaking out about it? Course, we never had an "all in" rule either.
So think about this, had you posted before practice and qualifying an "all in" Kyle Busch, then someone else comes behind you, and then both of you end up winning... how does that make you feel as you had posted it originally and got copied, then had to share victory?
You'll still get the points as though you had won... won't take anyhting away from you. However, you just won't get credited for a victory. You'll still score points as though you had won and in the overall points, still run as well as you would have. I assume no one will copy someone else all year, so at the end, one of you will come out on top there.
And we don't allow people to just make picks for the whole season... we talked about doing that last week too. You have to come in every week and post your picks. We agreed on that about Bristol of last year actually.
I can't please everyone with the rules.... someone is going to be hurt or offended at some point in time no matter how I do this. IF everyone wants to freak out about it, I'll step aside and let someone else run this if they feel they can do so much better.

I have no problem sharing the win, but it seems that the first to post rule is fair. That being said, I'm editing my picks anyways.

I'm looking at how to get un-cornered. I switched to Keselowski, but Mike had switcehd to Keselowski all in during the wee hours of the morning... sneaky guy. All the good drivers in practice and traditional good drivers at Bristol are already taken all in by someone!!! THERE IS NO WAY OUT!!!! 
Maybe I should roll the dice with the 'Dinger as one of my guys? I thought about ti... his prior stats here just don't line up. But he is good at a very similar yet twice as large track: Dover.

I always love letting people change picks.
I don't mind the way you did it, but it makes life easier on me when I do my calculations for you to edit your original post. Taht way, I don't calculate you wron,g then have to go back and redo it
But again, I accept it that way.... I just like to be an @$$hole and ask that things be done a certain way though

changeing picks
So its ok changeing week to week for different tracks......just dont like people doing it mid stream right before a given race....correct???

Oh no no, you can cahnge picks every day if you want... it's just that when I'm calculating picks and going through the posts, and I come across a post from a 3-4 days ago and I calculate those up, then I go through more picks and come up to the ones that you made just befor ethe race (like right now), then I have to go back to your original post and calculate again... and taht ends up with me calculating your picks twice when I could have just done it once. Costs me a little time really, not a major deal... just something I ask people to do to make my life easier.
And as far as race to race, we dfeinitely encourage differnet picks every week... and you have to post each week!! IF you don't post in the thread, we don't just take your picks from last week!
