I don't think they can put together the sponsorship. USArmy is out and now so is Office Depot. What part-time deals Newman had will have to be put together to keep the #14 running. SHR has yet to re-sign Newman.

I'll have to wait till tomorrow to see how I did in the points. Wasnt great. I'll lose a spot in the standings most likely and probably two in the segment. I can't believe Junior scratched out a top 10 his car was a complete piece of crap the whole race. I'm exhausted though after staying up till 1am watching the Oklahoma game then getting up early for church and playing a round of golf in 104 degree heat. One of my best overall rounds of golf and the back 9 was my best 9 ever. 2 pars and a birdie on a long par 5.

Anyway I'll shut up about golf and head for bed. Looking forward to Richmond next week.

I think i got this right lol my math isnt the greatest

77GP = 43 - 39 - 40 = 122
Monte Carlo 3831 = 40 - 37 - 43 = 120
Leprechaun93 = 35 - 30 - 43 = 108
Nichols2k = 40 - 17 - 41 = 98
03JGMonte = 43 - 10 - 41 = 94
Ricks 06 SS = 37 - 43 - 10 = 90
JuniorCar = 37 - 10 - 41 = 88
SupplySgt = 30 - 37 - 21 = 88
02 Earnhardt = 37 - 10 - 41 = 88
Butch049 = 10 - 23 - 48 = 81
BBlackstone = 23 - 43 - 10 = 76
ZJerry = 23 - 10 - 41 = 74
Cowboy = 21 - 30 - 10 = 71
MnteCrloSS47 = 8 - 40 - 21 = 69
Stumpi = 21 - 10 - 37 = 68
Carlm54stl = 10 - 37 - 21 = 68
Lougreen = 40 - 10 - 8 = 58

Ok so let me explain my new language.... and retell the story now that I'm on a computer.....

Yes, at this point, I had a six pack of Coors and a margarita at a bar. But, I'm not an incoherent drunk, despite my post. Here is what happened....

We faced a 60% chance of rain but all the storms had cleared and a small band was on the other side of the state. Well it developed fast and moved fast. We barelly got on the boat nad got lines in the water before it was starting to rain and the radar showed it would be bad. So we got the boat out of the water around 9:15. However, there was so much moisture that got on my phone, and it got between the otterbox case and the screen of hte telephone. I took the thing apart to dry it, but with so much humidity in the air, it didn't do much to help. So my phohne would not react in the nearly right way. Or, maybe I was that drunk, I don't know. I had had a 6 pack of Coors and a friends Bud Light at that point.

So we take the boat back to his house, then another guy who hadn't been drinking crashes his 93 Camaro in a ditch anyway. The driving rain made everything hard to see. We go to pick him up and hang out on the side of hte road for an hour in the rain, which screws up my phone even more, and I'm trying to get to the pub for another drink and some food. Then by the time we get to the pub near midnight, the place had quit serving food. That's when I had the margaritta. But we were all hungry, we hadn't been on the boat long enough to get the grill going. I did get to watch the ned of the race there and see that my team hadn't run worth a damn at all. I had been listening to some of the race on my phone but with all the mayhem of cars in ditches, getting boats out of water, I hadn't heard a whole lot. I had also recevied a couple of texts from my parents baout the progress of the race.

So we road to the next town over, which had a Dennys. And as I always say about Dennys, it's where you eat when every where else is closed. When we left Dennys, I came on here to check out how I did. That was when I made this post. Translate,d it should have read....

"Another crappy week for me. We were on a boat and a storm came up. We ended up at a bar and then got hungry and went to Denny's. The moisture under the otterbox is screwing this thing up."

But it was a good time and a memorable night. I'm watching the race on DVR in fastforward right now. I'll check the math and everything later. A night turned bad in real life, and it turned bad on the fantasy too. I'm pretty well out of the championship hunt. Looks like Carl might have lose a big chunk of his overall lead to several members though....
