I think the Car of Now is a safer built race car, but

I never really have "gotten" into Nascar until this year. (Also, the same year I got my HDTV)I'm pretty excited about tonight's race. We're having some friends over and they enjoy Nascar too...so it will be nice to have some company! The ONLY downfall is COPS won't be on tonight.

It came down to strategy, and fuel mileage and there's no one better atop the box than Chad Knaus calling things for Jimmie Johnson's #48 car. After all the leaders pitted for fuel, Chad kept his driver out on a gamble as they thought they were short on gas by 1 lap. With three laps to go, Chad began coaching his driver to slow down to save fuel, telling Jimmie he had a 20 second lead on second place (it was actually only 9 seconds) Jimmie Johnson coasted to the win, and the first one for Hendrick Motorsports in 2008.
