And no is calling foul on the guy who does the math winning the title? I think Jerry and Chris should demand recounts!

But I couldn't have won if Space had never started the NASCAR threads years ago, and I would never have won if we hadn't had the participatoin we did to make it fun to compete with one another.

I look forward to running again next year. I think most have agreed so far that the inauguaral MCF Fantasy year was a big success, and I think everyone has agreed to come back and go again next year!! And with a few guys who joined mid season wanting to make a run for the whole championship next year, it should get exciting again!!

If anyone is deserving of the title it's you 4-Sure...Thank You again & I hope you keep active in our NASCAR thread with updates & sharing your NASCAR knowledge with our member's until the season begins again at Daytona in February 2012...I'm sure that next season that we will have more member's participating in the Race.

I didn't win the championship at Homestead, and neither did Tony. For Tony, that was 1/10th of hte race that just seemed more important because of where it was in teh timeline. I really won the championship in the spirng, summer, and fall months when I was putting down consistent numbers week in and week out, not just at Homestead. Tony won the championship with 5 wins, Homestead was just one of them. For both of us, there isn't a clear moment we can point to that won us the championship.

Congrat Duane! Nobody really deserved it more as you really spearheaded this whole pool thing. It was pretty fun and I don't think I'd change a thing about it.

I think the MCF Nascar Champion should automatically be on the ballad for MOTY, but my guess is members who didn't play our game would disagree. I just think the picture of Duane in his hat that Space posted should be one of the months in the MCF Calendar!

 

CONGRATS! Not a huge racing fna but when I do watch I love JR no matter what lol number 88!! again Congrats Duane!
