They lead the Sprint Cup Series in wins this year. But Mark Martin's and Kyle Busch's spots in the Chase are hardly secure. So don't talk tires to them this weekend at Indy.

The way that it's hot-linking to the picture is wrong.
If it was this link:

It would work.

HAHA yeah. Sometimes things get a little tricky.
The way you posted it, any old internet browser can decipher the coding that's built in and do a re-direct to get to the picture. But the [IMG] tags can't do those extra steps so it dies. You gotta get the DIRECT link to the picture for it to work.

There seems to be a lot of hype on Peblo this weekend. I don't like him, and I'm convinced his one Nascar win was fixed. When he won Sonoma they hyped it before the race like they knew he was going to win. DirecTV had HotPass in-car for him. Then during the race he had a magic gas tank that outlasted Jamie McMurray's by a good 7-8 long Sonoma laps, and that's how he won. They never hyped him like that again and he never won again, but I think I'm smelling another fix this weekend. Don't get me wrong - its racing. There still going to be a lot left to chance but I can guarantee Juan Pablo passes inspection this weekend - no matter what they're running.
Anyway, my hero was fasted it practice again yesterday. Indy is usually a boring track where the fastest guy wins. So things look good for Martin again, but qualifying has yet to happen as of this post. Junior was 6th fastest in practice - I'm still expecting a turn around. Winning the Brickyard would be an incredible shift of momentum for that team.
1. Mark Martin
2. Juan Pablo Montoya
3. Dale Earnhardt Jr.
Anything will be better than last year's Brickyard, which was the very worst race of all time anywhere, any kind, ever.

Can't you believe those picks of mine were not fixed in someway? Okay, we're still pre-race, but for those paying attention: Before qualifying I correctly picked the top 3 qualifiers in order! Now if they can only finish that way - well I don't see how I could be denied the Award for Lifetime Outstanding Achievement in the Field of Excellence

The Mayfield situation intrigues my quite a bit. Its rare that I don't takes sides in something and (at least mentally) build an argument. The thing with this story is - whoever says something last seems to convince me. This has me switching sides like the Swiss. I want to believe Mayfield - it doesn't seem like him. I certainly believe in corruption, but I don't understand why this is happening if its not true. But then Nascar grabs the worst character witness, which I don't think helps their position - where are the others who have witnessed Jeremy doing meth, as Lisa Mayfield has alleged? Both Nascar and Jeremy Mayfield have rights that deserved to be protected here, but this needs judgement. There's no middle ground here. I really don't have a position yet, but am proud of whoever is telling the truth here for standing their ground. I'm reading everything I can about this, but I don't think I'll ever really know the truth. Or ever be able to take sides.
