That's a great point!

 

Considering how much of the car is actually made in the US, I don't know if you can really consider a Toyoda an import anymore. I think they actually have more assembly and fabrication done on US soil than the big 3.

As for entering the Cup series, more power to them. I love more competition. I'm not as concerned about Honda, Nissan and Mazda joining in. They haven't shown interest before where Toyoda has for years. Then again, that might all change now.

The only things I'm not happy about is the fact that they are all going to the same body style. It makes the whole import point mute.
