Thanks 'Duane, I did not know about the other problems of the Busch Brothers, but they sure add some news activity for NASCAR & the fans.

I think that the powers that be were half asleep when they typed it up because it seems like you are guilty until you prove yourself innocent!!

 

I didn't think it would be BBMike to start this thread!

I am supporting Kurt Busch thru this. I think the only reason this is even to the fore front of NASCAR attention this year was because of the $h!+show in the NFL this year. NASCAR does not want to be that understandably. But a line has been crossed in officiating that may have destroyed a man career. This was all accusations in Kurt situation - not video evident like the NFL assaults. "Train assassin" business aside, so far the only thing evident in this Kurt Busch story is that a woman was trespassing in Kurt Busch's motorcoach and that track security had failed to provide Kurt with security in the first place. If Driscoll had shown up uninvited to 50% of the motorcoaches at the track she would have had her head blown off (I know how Americans love their right to bear arms)....

This is a rant now.

I'm not a frivolous lawsuit kind of guy, but Kurt should be suing that sh*t out of everybody right now....

I thought this topic would be of interest to our MCF NASCAR member's & I was curious about their thoughts/opinions. + add some good activity to our forum.

I'm looking forward to reading future posts by member's on this topic & also the future actions of NASCAR on this topic.

I agree that there will be lawsuits & again it comes down to $>dollars$.....Money can & does corrupt many & influences decisions by many. NASCAR is BIG $'s 4>Real>Sure...

(Will NASCAR lose $'s if they keep Kurt ? or will they lose fans if they keep him ?) Let's play it safe & not let him Race

Kurt Busch reinstated by NASCAR and is eligible for Chase

If Busch wins one of the next 23 races and is in the top 30 in points after race 26, he's in the Chase.
