October 2013 Nominations

I will support Montelicious, and please don't take that negatively anyone else that has been nominated. As always there is usually a great selection of cars to choose from and that makes it hard to decide whom to actually support. But the attention to detail on Montelicious' car has caught my eye on a few occasions.

Can a nominee support another nominee? If so, I support Lisa!

so for voting I now ATLEAST have to chose between the black rose and pheonix, not to mention the other beautiful cars who have been nominated.... this is going to be hard.

I would like to nominate Owens 91 and his Jack Skellington Monte Carlo. George has put in a lot of effort to really improve his Monte Carlo and has been heavily involved in the forums topics since joining. And what better Monte is there for an October winner..... I believe we should all acknowledge his efforts as he strives to breath life into his Nightmare Before Christmas... Best of luck to you Geroge and you very nice Monte Carlo

Man, I have been watching and each car nominated, the owner and the car are both great combos. For example:
- We have Scarlette, who has been an active member and been working to improve his Monte. I know a set of Grand Prix roof rails was a mod he added this year.
- Montelicious, she's been a long term member of MCF, who has made a return with some great mods. Custom rear trunk panel paint she did herself, vintage Monte crest to hide the trunk key hole, new wheels and I'm sure more plans to come!
- JoeyKl66 who has a great looking 7th gen Monte. He's a regular on this forum, posting and helping others. Again, like all of us, has a great Monte!
- zzpaultimate, who has done a lot of mods over the last year or two. Custom, hand made LED tail lights on a 5th gen, exhaust tips, some custom painted two-toning. The best mod I think he has under his belt (not much of a mod) was replacing his rusted out quarter panel himself!! I'm sure he did a ton of reading on the subject before jumping in, but he cut a panel off his daily driver, replaced it with a salvage panel and did the paint work himself.
You look at each member and their Monte, and each one has something outstanding. If I missed anyone who has been nominated, I apologize, there is so much here to look at. But everyone brings forth a quality to be MOTM!
Now.... I left one out on purpose. After reading ZIPPY's nomination, I will throw my support for Owens91 and his Jack Skellington Monte Carlo!
As ZIPPY mentioned, Owens91 has been very active. We have all seen a bunch of posts from him and like many of us, he has had his own car mysteries to solve and turned to us for help. He's done a few things to keep his Monte on the road and personalize it to something he enjoys. With his "Nightmare before Christmas" theme, I have to agree with ZIPPY, that is an ideal October nomination and I will support that nomination.
Too all who are nominated and to those that make it as the three to be voted on, BEST OF LUCK to all!!
