We've used Zazzle.com once or twice before without any issues in the past.
Since Chibiblacksheep manages the Zazzle.com account, if needed, I am sure he can attempt to make contact. Please understand, this is a volunteer task for him (or any of the staff here) and Zazzle.com is a third party, so I encourage before asking Chibi for assistance, please attempt contacting Zazzle.com support.
And like any business, please give them 1-2 business days to respond if you choose to email them.

Yeah, we have used them for the 2014 and 2015 calendars (since I took over doing the calendars), this is honestly the first time we have had any members have complaints over the quality of the calendar.
I strongly urge you contact zazzle and I hope that they can help you.
If more members are honestly having trouble, I will look into alternate vendors for next year's calendar, but zazzle has proven to be a good company to work with in the past. Hopefully this is a small issue, maybe they picked up an extra print company for the holiday rush, and complaints will force them to not use that client again.
