Wiper stuck in up position when turned off video fix
Hey guys,
I've seen many people post great info on how to fix this issue but I needed some visuals to kind of understand it better to know what to look for and by chance I came across this on youtube and thought this could help. If it's already been posted I apologize. Right now my wipers have been stuck in the up position for awhile now. After seeing this vid I'm more confident in try to fix it.
