they're a hub, with abs sensor and they go quiete often on the gms, i think we sell about 5 or 6 a week @ the store here, i dont think there's any way you can lube a hub assembly
no, should be just 3 bolts to undo and one big nut,and then prying it off...sometimes thats a little difficult to do, but should come off...also NEVER INSTALL HUB WITH AIR GUN! will cause the hub to be defective, and they're not warrantiable if installed with gun
