I have a 2002 SS, all stock. I drive 50 miles daily to and from work. I'm looking for gas mileage, currently getting 28-29 mpg. I used mid grade gas. mobil 1 syn oil. Fram air/oil filters. What do you all use or suggest? Thanks for all the input. Dave

 

I would say that if your getting 28-29 MPG's your doing GREAT!!!

Recently I have switch to regular testing out my Hypertech theory. Normally I run Premium, mobil One, fram air/oil also.

 

WoW, you are getting great MPG. I also use Mobil 1, Fram & Shell regular grade gas, but can't seem to get over 22 MPG. <~ Oh, that's with the AC on [X(]

How do you Drive your SS ? Easy - Normal - Hard ?

I have a straight shot, on the highway back and from work. I use cruise when ever I can. I'm 36 and dont beat my SS at all. I always have people on the highway wanting to run. But I never do, gas cost to much. I love my SS, well its really my wifes, but I drive it because the gas prices. So she drives the S10 zr2. Dave
