Cant even see what you are looking at. You arent looking at the accumulator are you? Is it a silver metal cylinder you are looking at? Also is your A/C on when you start the car? If so, does the sound stop when you turn the A/C off?

 

i know i m sorry it just started and i hoped i could wake up and know what i m dealing with on my bday but i found where its coming from, its from the driver side fan, the motor i guess is starting to go cause when i unplug it when it happens it stops

 

Glad you figured it out. Not too expensive of a fix fortunately.
