Here is the lower intake gasket kit:
More Information for FEL-PRO MS98014T
Includes both a paper and rubber T-stat gasket (I would use whatever style the car had, not both).
Here is the upper gasket set:
More Information for FEL-PRO MS95744

The Dorman aluminum coolant elbows you should be able to get at any local store (look in the Dorman HELP! area of the store). Many have used the aluminum ones successfully. If not aluminum, I recommend replacing with genuine GM plastic (Dorman had an issue that affected me with a bad run on the plastic elbows years ago, as a result, I won't tough those again).

Here is an upgraded water pump (Series III with the aluminum impeller, I have one on my Monte):
More Information for ACDELCO 252693

Also, may be a good time to replace your valve cover gaskets if they are leaking:
More Information for FEL-PRO VS50465R

I think that is the essentials.

Whats the chance that the entire lower intake manifold will need to be replaced?? Saw a video where this was the case and it kinda got me paranoid.. Wont be able to get anywhere once I start taking the car apart..

I would think pretty low if you didn't run the car into overheating range for an extended period of time.

I agree with Chibi about the lower intake. And *if* it does, if you have a junk yard around, should be pretty easy to get your hands on another.

So im about to put all this back together and I forgot to get the coolant elbows.. There was an issue that I was confused about what they were called when I was looking on the computer with the guy at the parts store.. What exactly are they called.. His computer brings up something like heater host 90* connectors.. The "heater hose" part is what got me but thats what theyre called right??
