weird tail light problem
When i put the turn signal on when i have the brakes applied i lose all brake lights but the turn signal is still on has this happened to anyone before and if so how the F do i fix it i cant fiqure it out!!

So i looked at it some more this morning and i think its the turn signal switch, when u hold it on the brakes work fine but when you click it down the brake light goes out so i thing its in the arm but im still not sure.

actually, your kinda lucky if your airbag is outta the way in the steering wheel, the wheel needs to be removed with a puller to acess the turn signal swich... i had to replace mine 'caus of the whole "no brakelights" thing ( the police love THAT excuse, lol) the swich can run kinda expencive, but i got mine at advanced auto for about $65 if i remember, and it has the provisions for the steering wheel radio butons. once the wheel & airbag are out of the way, the job can be done in about 2 hours if ya take your time & reuse your signal lever. but other than that its fairly straightforward
