Water leak

Default Water leak
Hello. I have a 2003 Monte Carlo SS.. I just got the car as a Gift. Blower motor only works on 5. Ok blower resister. Then in this horrible rain storm I noticed water coming down around the blower motor housing. So I'm thinking thE water leak maybe caused the blower resister issue. Has anyone else encountered this type of leak in that area (passenger side around blower housing. Thanks for your time ~~Jon A~~

I believe the cabin air filter is in that particular area.

I agree with P343, this is a very common problem, fortunately an easy, cheap fix.
