Default Car kicking, and noise from wheels

So i've had this problem for awhile, changed my front wheel bearings the other week, still occurring, so last week i installed new pads, and rotors. My old rotors were dug into by the pads.
So my car is still whining, hoping i didn't get a faulty bearing, and especially around turns my car will keep kicking out, and when i accelerate on straight aways it feels like something is resisting it. I cleaned up the slide pins all around, and seem to be at a loss for this. Probably my pads rubbing rotors, but how come my repairs haven't fixed it? Thanks

I'm leaning toward a faulty bearing. What brand did you use?

Whining and kicking out? Could be an axle or transmission issue.

Good point. I wasn't sure how to interpret "Kicking Out", and whining is common when transmission bearings, especially drive bearings wear.
