Default Transmission cooler line replacement

Hi there, my ('95 Z34) transmission cooler lines are rusted and dripping fluid. Does anyone know how difficult of a job replacing them is? I know it should be fairly simple on most cars, but i don't have a jack handy right now to take a look. Mainly wondering if i will need to dismantle anything major in order to get the job done.

remove passenger fan and possibly a small clamp/bracket at the bottom and its not bad to change from the top

ok, took a look today and looks simple enough. Do I need to drain the fluid first?

I haven't drained the fluid whenever pulling the motor & tranny, which requires those lines to come out of the radiator. You'll lose some fluid, but not 3-6 quarts like dropping the pan.
