Funny.. I noticed a problem with the malibu I had was the bulb would go out occasionally. It turned out the pins in the socket were bent flat a bit, and just needed to be rebent out.

Thanks. I'll be pulling that apart tomorrow and will definitely look at the pins. Thanks for mentioning that.
