It seems that it is the fuel pump so I ordered one and will get it put in this week as well as a new fuel filter while we have it up. Miss driving my comfy Monte. Thanks for all the help!

There's a fuel access hatch under the carpet in the trunk IIRC. Not too bad to change at all, beats dropping the tank though that's for sure.
