Default Stalling after starting when hot

Hi. I have a strange problem I cannot resolve with my 2003 Monte SS with 93,000 miles. If trying to start the car when it is already warmed up, it will immediately stall. I can restart it and when hesitating, give it gas. Then it continue running fine. It just has a hard time right after starting. If it runs for 5 seconds, it is fine. I have cleaned the throttle body and the maf sensor with the proper cleaner but it had no affect. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Also, it might be related but I have had the car stall twice while driving. Both times I was turning left and foot was off the gas. Only happened twice in a year so not a major issue but surprising when it happens.

Thanks.

Pull the vacuum line off of the fuel pressure regulator, and see if it smells like gas or is wet. Your FPR might be going bad.

Thanks for the advice. Pulled the hose and strong smell of gas. Ordered a new FPR and will install. Will update if that was the poblem.

Thanks again.

No problem, I hope it's a simple fix.

I got the new fuel regulator installed today and started the car when hot. It immediately started and ran at idle. No stalling. Tried it a few times and no problems. That was the problem.

Thanks again for all your help.
