spark plugs
Iam interested in knowing what spark plugs folks are using in the 3800 engines. I recently purchased a set of Granatelli MPG/ Plus wires (owners are claiming 3 mpg extra and gained hp with these wires) and want the best performing plugs. Since Granatelli wires are zero capacitance for resistance, spark energy is immediate to the plugs. Iam speculating thata low resistant plug would be best. I am also using an aFe OEM Pro-Dry S air filter, a TruFilter oil filterand Amsoil lubes to get thehighest mpg and best performance. Contacting me via e-mail is ok.

Don't follow they hype on the improvements. It can improve gas mileage by 3% over "the other guys" but that might also mean the other guys plug is caked in oil or has a bad tune.
Best idea is to stick with AC Delco's or Autolite 605's.

NGK is what comes from the factory, but platinums, I believe. I think the Autolite 103 or 104's are better, but no longevity to the copper plugs. ZZPerformance recommended these, and I went with them. No problems, and long life.
If you choose Autolite go with the 605's. The 104's are for modified engines that need to run cooler. The 103's are actually phasing out in some cases on modded vehicles. When tuned well, most people have no use for the 103's only the highly modded guys.
