If youre sure youre getting fuel and spark, start checking the sensors on the TB. MAF would be the first I check, just unplug it and try to start the car.

If you've confirmed it is sparking, then you need to look into fuel. If it has fuel and spark, it will run. You've confirmed one, so it must be the other.

Check for fuel pressure and then check to make sure the injectors are actually firing.

Should be able to rent one at your local parts store for cheap.

Also always the 'plan B' method of just poking the Schrader valve with a screwdriver tip wrapped in a rag to see how it comes out. If it just dribbles out, then obviously thats not to spec. Obviously a lot more dangerous spraying fuel in thr engine bay though.

Well I replaced the fuel pump and filter along with the plugs and wires..still doing the same..how ever I did spray sum stating fluid in where the mass air flow sensor is it sounded like it wanted to start but just gave enough to give me hope just to get back to square one..any advice..I've tried every thing everyone said to do..no luck!

I presume because you replaced the fuel pump, you found pressure was low / the original had failed? Have you confirmed it has fuel pressure now in spec?

Id mentioned to make sure the injectors were firing, what method did you use to verify that? Noid light?

Any differences at all with the MAF unplugged like whtmonte had suggested?

The fact that starting fluid makes it try to catch makes this sound almost certain to be a fueling issue (but we kind of already knew that since you confirmed it had spark). It's just very unusual if it has 100% fuel pressure and the the injectors are opening that it isn't getting enough fuel. Thats why I asked those follow up questions before we move to something else.
