Not sure of a specific YouTube video for a monte. It's a pretty simple process with automatic tensioners though.
You could try just searching L67 or 3800 supercharged in general on YouTube - the car it's in doesn't really matter.
I think a picture will get you 99% of the way there though:
#3 is the tensioner. You're just going to put a wrench/ socket on that and rotate to take tension off the belt (which allows for it to be removed). Obviously the SC belt has to come off first followed by the accessory belt. If you're doing one, you may as well do both. Install is the reverse.
