I own a 2003 Monte Carlo SS 3.8L. I have 135,0000 miles, and then car has been well maintained. I recently noticed smoke bellowing up from under the hood, and I smelled burning oil. It looks like it is coming from behind, or under the engine. I also noticed a slow oil leak under the car. Any thoughts?

 

Have you had the recall done?

I'd be super careful that you dont end up with an engine fire if its leaking / externally burning that much oil.
