Thumbs up Silver's interior lights fixed! Yay!

Well, some of you might remember me mentioning my radio lights burning out and the slider controls on the climate control burnt out too. We sent my radio out to get fixed for around $50. My fiance fixed the climate controls. Unfortunately the bulbs that needed replacing were the hardest to get to. Sorry I can't do a write up cause it was too much of a pain in the butt to explain. But if you do want to replace all of the bulbs, you need 6 bulbs and the radio shack part number is 272-1154. You will also need to get a solder vac and be good with a soldering iron. There is a very good write up on how to do this. https://montecarloforum.com/forum/sh...lacement+bulbs

Thanks for the part number. The light for the passenger temperature control burnt out a few months ago. I have all the tools to do it now I just need some ambition to take it apart, lol

It kinda sucks to change the bulbs behind the sliders cause you have to take the whole thing apart - buttons and *****. The 4 lights behind the ***** are real easy to change.

Oooh, very nice. Thank you. I've been living with both temperature control lights out. So annoying when it's dark :P

I remember you were talking about that company a while ago, but you were unsure about them. Glad to see that they worked out for you
