Default Seat Air Bag Installation

So, I finally got over to the boneyard in Tampa and got the only driver's seat for an 07 Monte SS in the entire state. (I also got a $600 part for the wife's Caddy for all of $20.)

In that situation, one has to live with certain things--in this case, the seat doesn't have an airbag. Obviously, I still have the airbag from my seat. Does anyone have access to the service manual for this installation? Service manual or not, is this a plug and play kind of thing where I just cut a hole in the vinyl and insert it, or will I have to pay someone?

Well, I got the answer elsewhere, and at the request of the mods, I'm posting it here for everyone's knowledge.

Apparently, the standard GM practice of including every inch of wiring that would ever be useful for our cars, regardless of submodel or options, wasn't followed on the 7th gen Monte. The wiring doesn't exist in my new seat. Not only that, but if I install it, I will get the idiot light on the dash, AND the rest of my airbags will be disabled. I don't plan on ever needing my airbags to deploy, but idiot lights annoy me, so I'll be going to the upholstery shop to see what a hide transplant will cost....

That's pretty crazy that the wiring to the seat isn't there. I could see the seat not having the wiring into it, but maybe they had to do it that way so the airbag light isn't on for people who don't have the airbag seat?
