No, it wont set off any code. It really doesnt do that much but give your car a little bit more raspy sound.

Do you think I should just leave well enough alone and leave it on? I wanted to do a U Bend Delete but it will void the warrenty which would be bad.

Well, if you have a warrenty, Id leave it on. I did my downpipe cause im out of the warrenty.
What you could do is, look for an aftermarket downpipe that will bolt on. If you do that, you could put on your stock downpipe whenever you need to bring your car in for work.
Now, i dont know if the downpipe for the supercharged is the same as the L36 (N/A 3800), but if it is, you could go with a ZZP off road downpipe(if you dont have emission tests in your area) if you have the test aruond where you live, you could get a high flow cat'd downpipe. By the way (if by chance you dont know) the downpipe will take care of the ubend and cat.
The res on the other hand, I dont think should void your warrenty. I would do the res delete, but that is all about personal preferance(as everyone here will tell you). By doing the res delete, your gonna get a little more of a raspy sound, but not really much and it will make it a little louder, again, not too much. But by doing this, it will make aftermarket mufflers sound a hell of alot better.
If you have any other questions, im sure everyone will make their rounds and help you out.
Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

Here is the link for the DP. Now, they have about 15 different sizes and such so, you're gonna have to wait until another member tells you which one to go with.
But, just so you have the link and the info.
By the way, this is the website i bought my DP from(i have the 3400 though)
and i think its the best thing ive bought for my car so far.

The resonator will also quite the sound in the cabin. My SLP catback didn't come with resonators - just straight pipes. It's a little noisy in the cabin but I like the sound of my exhaust and when I floor it, the whine of the supercharger!
