removing the surfboard spoiler

How hard is it to replace your surfboard spoiler with a ss pacecar spoiler? Do you have to fill in a couple of holes and repaint your trunk? i found this on ebay and i wanted to buy it for mine.

Since nobody has touched this. That is pretty much all you need to do.

Did u buy this spoiler and was it the real NASCAR stlye spoiler and not another surfboard one?

Anyone have pics of the process of actually replacing it? The Pacecar spoiler does not cover the previous holes? I'd like to have that spoiler but not sure if I want to be painting and filling in holes to do so.
