Default removing the front valance piece...

I have a 2003 Monte SS with the Super Sport package.

Is it possible to remove the lowest front valance piece?

A curb got it, so it's scraped. I wanted to remove it and prep it for painting.

Thanks,

Jeff

Yeah it's removable. It's held on by little clips inside the bumper. Just un clip those, and unscrew the screws in the wheel well and you should be all set

You should post pics as you do this. Before and after and also some of you removing the valence. Heck even pics of the prep work would be sweet to see.

It's very easy to post pictures, and there is a sticky on the forum for doing it:

Where are you located? I know a lot of members would like to see the damage to it, figure out if it's repairable, and then try to buy it off of you! I'd definitely be one of those guys haha.
