Default remote door locks tire sensor&bogging

I don't drive my monte LT3 to much at this time of year, but two problems have come up. The car only has 13,500 miles it is a 2006,problem one is the remote door locks,if i'am more then ten feet away i can't unlock my doors and my right front tire sensor will not work sometimes.Problem two,i install a cat back magnaflow exhaust part #16728,now this problem might of been going on for awhile because i don't push the car to hard. But when i geton a freeway ramp and floor it the car bogs,i leave the traction control off.Magnaflow told me there system is dyno proven and i should not have any problems. So is this bogging problem from the exhaust or is it problem number one.I've also notice that the stock exhaust is bent the same way as magnaflow.

As for the remotes and tire sensors, that's covered under warranty...

I don't know about the bogging down though.

The bogging shouldn't be from the magnaflow. The best way to tell though would be to slap your OEM cat back on and see what happens.

If it still bogs, get it fixed under warranty.

The chevy dealer were i got the car fromtold me that putting on the magnaflow system will not harm my warranty. That is one reason way i got it,and not only that, they said that they would put it on for $150.00.That is why i did it myself,i could not see paying $150.00 for 30 min. of work.I did keep my OEM exhaust, but i will take the car to the dealer as is.That is why i got my car from this dealership, they do all kind's of upgrades and still will back it with the warranty.I will try some feul cleaner to see if that will help the bogging.I'am puzzle as to why it only does this when you floor it from a stop. Thanks for your input.God_Bot & 04 Intimidator.

My only consideration is if there was manufacturing defect in the mufflers, thinking more about it though you would probably hear it.
