Hello i have an 03 monte carlo ls...i need to replace the rear struts on the car due to the passenger side one sounding like crap...my question is that i ahve a wheel bounce around 60 mph....would that be because of the bad strut?

 

yes that will cause the wheel to bounce.

if you have ever noticed other cars driving down the road and that wheel bouncing like crazy, that is because the strut and/or spring is shot.

 

That's also caused by a wheel and tire that is seriously out of balance!
along with wornout/broken struts!
