Default Rear defrosters

Hope everyone is having a great day, my question is, is there a safe way to reattach the heat module on the rear window? or is this something i need to take to a dealer for?

You can TRY to use one of the repair kits that you can find in an autoparts store, but sometimes it is too messed up for those to work.

My tab broke off the rear window. First I tried the cheap repair kit.
Didn't last long.
Then I bought Siver Epoxy. Worked great, for about 2 months, it came apart again in the super old winter were having.

I'll try again if I find the rest of the epoxy and when it warms up.

Tried the Epoxy method myself, may have to wait til it gets warmer, seems like it would be an easy fix, tried soldering as well, didnt work eaither, record cold in Pa this year, yay probably part of the problem.

Whereabouts in PA are you?

I also failed miserably with the epoxy method, but I store my Monte in the winter now so I stopped bothering trying to fix it

Nice! I'm too far, I'm just north of Philly.

In June a huge group of us heads to the GM Nationals in Carlisle, you should try to make it out
