Rear defroster clip and connecctor 2004ss

Default Rear defroster clip and connecctor 2004ss

Does the metal clip come out of the connector on the rear defroster

Default Can rear defroster power clip be removed from plastic connector

Yes the clip will come out of the connector. If you pull to hard the clip will pull off from the glue and the defroster won't work anymore. You asked this multiple times, but no one post it was inactive for 10 years . Creating a new post is always the best bet.

I had a radio question that I never solved still working on it. The defroster came to fruition after the intense heat spell in Florida 3 weeks ago. It has already separated by nature. I didn’t want to pull to hard on the tab as I thought the wiring may be connected permanently inside the molded connector body.
