I haven't seen any posts on radiator replacement. I have an 07 SS now with a hairline crack in the passenger side tank, so it's time for a new one. I replaced the one in my 06 LTZ and it was a bit of a pain, but could be done without opening the A/C system. I think the flat rate time on this is about 4 hours for the SS and I'm wondering who has done the R&R and if you'd like to share any tips.
