question about my car
Ok i have the usual problem with the turn signals to where they wont work somtimes unless i turn my hazards on and off but my wipers work but they are in the up position all the time when the switch is turned off, can sombody tell me what this is /
your wipers and blinkers are on the same switch?? could be that whole lever, which isn't usually that expensive, usually around $100-$150
it definetely sounds like an electrical issue, i would check out one of those switches though
its called a turn signal lever (or switch) with wipers
but then it could be something really stupid though too, the only thing thats making me think it has to do with that switch is that the wipers are stuck up @ the top when you turn them off.

ur wiper governor could b junk...its the part of the wiper motor that decides where the wipers stop...and as i said in the other thread and as mrrench has suggested in this one ur turn signal is most likely the flasher module
I don't know that the turn signal is also the flasher. I am currently having issues with my turn signal switch, but i can still hear the tick of the flasher from under the dashboard. Also, a friend of mine has a WS6 (99') and it too has its own seperate flasher. This could be the same problem as mine, my right front turn signal will sometimes work after i mess with the hazards a little (whereas the from left always works). AC Delco turn signal switch = $93
hmm well the flasher module is the main control for both your turn signals and ur hazards...if after messing with your hazards your turn signals work again it would suggest that the 2 problems are related...hence your flasher module
