idk. I didnt build this car i bought it with these problems. But here is a few pics of my fuel line. Let me know what you see wrong.

After Seeing the pics, I would deff see Vapor Lock being the problem and the fuel being too hot. My pickup I had had a sm block in it. and the fuel lines were NOT ran like that. The one that comes off the fuel Pump,. ran to the the pass side frame rail, back to the fuel tank. and they were behing the motor not in front. Hope this helps.

It workedI had changed the fuel line and shortend my heater hoses to get them out the way and it worked. I drove it sunday for about 3-4 hours and it didnt cut off once. Its actually running better a lot stronger. Thanks for everybody for there replys you were lots of help.So now whats next? lol Theres still lots of work i need to do it but atleast I fixed one problem. Now i can put some attention on my caprice. lol thanks
