Default Power Steering Pump and Sun Roof Issues

Hello, I'm new around here.
I have a few issues with my 2000 Monte Carlo:
1. I believe the power steering pump may be going bad. When I begin to turn the wheel while going <10mph, there's a very loud whining that gets worse the more the wheel is turned. Can anyone confirm that the pump is indeed the problem, or would a fluid change be the solution?
2. The sun roof malfunctions. This link is the exact problem i'm having:
Where should bring the car to get that issue resolved?
3. The car seems to have electrical issues, but drives fine 95% of the time. Types of incidents:
-The engine turning over, then immediately shutting off, but electrical staying on.
-The engine stalled twice when stopping at lights, right after a car wash done at home.
Can anyone confirm that this is an electrical issue, and if it is, what needs to be repaired? If electrical isn't the issue, any ideas what it might be?

In case additional information is needed:
-The car has around 230K miles
-I bought it used from a local resident
-Engine is a 3.8L V6 Type K
-The car was sitting for weeks at a time, and only used occasionally by the previous owner
-Battery was replaced very recently
-The car is now driven at least twice daily

Sounds like maybe you have a bad ground somewhere , I would start with cleaning all the under hood engine ground cables. also make sure you are getting at least 13.5v at the batter with the engine running. I assume the battery cables were cleaned and inspected when the battery was changed out? may be other possibilities but this is where I would start. also I would check all the connections at the starter that they are clean and tight.
