Default Possessed 2010 dodge ram

Hey everyone, so My dad has a 2010 dodge ram and I think it's possessed haha. Anyway, today we were at a shop having his windows tinted and we went to leave and his windshield wipers started turning on by themselves and all his lights were turning on (engine light, TPMS, etc.), his fuel gauge dropped down and said it was empty. It was just going absolutely crazy. Anyone have any idea what could be going on with it? I know this is a Monte carlo forum but I think everyone here is really good with cars in general. Me and my dad are pretty good when it comes to mechanical stuff. But when it comes to stuff like this we are lost. Thanks for any help guys

If its still under new vehicle warranty drop it off at a dealer.

If its not... there's a major wiring problem

Have you checked the battery terminals? With the doors being open to apply tint they may have disconnected the battery and didn't tighten the terminal good enough when they put it back on.

Yea that was one of the first things we checked. We also checked to see if the battery was dying and it was still good also.
