Opinion Needed: PCM problem - Advice needed

No I have not checked any other grounds or connections.

one thing i did notice is that my battery is only at about 10 or 11 volts before starting the car, and once the engine is running its jumps up to about 13 or 14 volts. but i dont see why a low battery voltage would be throwing communication codes
I'm sure I read in this forum that a low voltage battery WILL cause that kind of problem.

Let's see what others think but IMO a 10-11 volts battery needs to be replaced.
