I've got a 2004 Monte Carlo 3.4 that has a solid security light on the dash. The car cranks and occasionally starts for half a second before stalling. Scanned for codes first, but there's nothing in the system; not even a check engine light. I've replaced the ignition lock cylinder as well as ignition switch, and tried all of the reset procedures numerous times. Nothing I've tried has worked so far. The car runs when I spray starter fluid into the intake... So I know its a fuel delivery issue being caused by the computer.
