Mine was a miss fire on plugs 2 and 5 So I new it was a coil pack. I swapped out coil 2 and I was set for a while. Then I got a miss fire code for cylinder # 1. This was right after we had below 10° temps here in Jersey. This time I found a cracked coil #1. Also, the wire for plug 1 pulled out of the boot and looked burned. Then I took the plug out. The ceramic around the electrode was cracked and there was this malted ball Looking powder all around the electrodes. Swapped out all three and my engine now loves me.
I did do a tune up 8 months before this but Mother Nature has a Strong bite.
I'm not saying you have the same problem I did. But I am saying that you could have multiple problems in your ignition or fuel system causing your miss fire.
