I have a 3.5L with about 170,000 miles. About a hour into a highway drive I had the check engine light come on. I was able to stop and get it checked and was just told it was P0011 camshaft issue. The only noticeable issue is the transmission kicking a little up shifting. I did add about a quart of oil before the drive since I have a small oil leak, if that helps any.
